Here's me on voting.
First of all, there should be a clearly visible button at the top of the home page labeled 'vote', because quite frankly some people are oblivious as to how to vote.
Second, there needs to be more of a motive to voting. Who want's to vote for NX that we can buy in game? Take away in game NX. Make voting worth some NX (decidable by the admins).
Third: a point system. While some might say a point system is copycat, it's the most effective method of getting people to vote as much as they can that i've seen so far. Make an NPC which sells items in exchange for vote points. Like MSI's maybe, or cool looking NX equips that can't be bought in the cash shop.
